In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "dc89", "we", "us", "our" — refers to dc89, the operator of the website located at https://dc89.io and all associated services, products, and subdomains.
• "Platform" — refers to the dc89 website, mobile browser interface, and all gaming, betting, and account management tools made available through dc89.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers or holds a dc89 account and accesses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account held by a natural person on the dc89 Platform.

Use of the dc89 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dc89 enforces a strict minimum age policy in line with responsible gaming best practices.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a natural person and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You do not hold any existing dc89 Account that is currently active, suspended, or under review.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from dc89 or had an Account closed by dc89 for violations of these Terms.

dc89 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point, including but not limited to during the registration process, prior to processing any withdrawal, or as part of a periodic KYC review. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card, passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access real-money gaming and betting on dc89, you must register an Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and any other information requested on the registration form.

• One Account per person: Each individual may register and maintain exactly one dc89 Account. Multiple Accounts linked to the same person, device, mobile number, payment method, or household may be treated as duplicate Accounts and are subject to suspension.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful and accurate registration details. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information is a material breach of these Terms.

• Account credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dc89 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to adequately protect your credentials.

dc89 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to carry out identity verification checks at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at the point of first withdrawal and periodically thereafter.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your dc89 Account at all times. You must not share your username, password, or any other login credentials with any third party. You must not permit any other person to access or use your Account on your behalf.

dc89 implements industry-standard SSL encryption on all platform pages and uses one-way cryptographic hashing for stored passwords. However, dc89 cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over public internet connections. You are advised to access the Platform from secure, private network connections and to use a strong, unique password for your dc89 Account.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dc89 support immediately. dc89 may temporarily suspend your Account while a security investigation is conducted. All transactions completed before dc89 receives your notification remain your sole responsibility.

All financial transactions on dc89 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the supported mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No foreign currency is accepted. No currency conversion is applied. The amount you send is the amount credited to your Account Balance.

Deposits: The minimum deposit is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance within approximately 60 seconds of successful confirmation from the sending mobile wallet. dc89 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply standard transaction charges under their own terms.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. Processing times are typically 5 to 15 minutes during normal operational hours. dc89 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps before releasing withdrawal amounts, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding standard thresholds.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a mobile wallet registered in the Account holder's own name.
• dc89 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only winnings that satisfy applicable Wagering Requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• dc89 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's mobile wallet provider or network conditions.
• Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a deposit after wagering has occurred constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension.

dc89 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered Players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside the promotion at the time it is made available.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. dc89 determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any related winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible games as specified. Using Bonus Funds on excluded games may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• dc89 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided this does not unfairly disadvantage Players who have already satisfied the relevant wagering requirements.
• Any Player found to be abusing dc89 promotions — including through multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses forfeited and their Account subject to permanent closure.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering requirement process.

All bets placed and games played on dc89 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game type or sports market. These rules are published within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the dc89 system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player. dc89 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: technical errors in odds or game outcomes, manifest errors in bet acceptance, system malfunctions, or where fraudulent activity is suspected.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. dc89 does not control or manipulate game results.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or betting event, the outcome of the game round is determined by the result recorded on dc89's server logs, not the Player's device.
• dc89 reserves the right to correct any obvious pricing or result errors and to void any bets affected by such errors, regardless of whether winnings have already been credited.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dc89 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software tool to place bets, interact with games, or access the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using Bonus Funds, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share strategy in live dealer games, or coordinate betting patterns.
• Opening multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or other promotions intended for new Players only.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any communication with dc89 support.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool designed to obscure your true geographic location or identity.

All content on the dc89 Platform — including but not limited to the dc89 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and structural elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of dc89 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any dc89 content without express written authorisation from dc89.

dc89 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the dc89 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to dc89's collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits dc89's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. dc89's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

dc89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where dc89 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has provided false, incomplete, or fraudulent registration or KYC information;
• The Account is being used in connection with suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9;
• The Player is under the minimum age of 21;
• dc89 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, dc89 may forfeit any Account Balance and Bonus Funds held in the Account. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach by the Player (for example, at the Player's own request), the Account Balance will be returned to the Player's registered mobile wallet following completion of any applicable KYC and withdrawal review process.

Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting dc89 support. Voluntary Account closures are processed within 5 business days. During this period, pending bets and wagers will be settled normally.

dc89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at https://dc89.io/terms-conditions and will carry the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights, obligations, or the way the Platform operates — dc89 will make reasonable efforts to notify active Players via their registered contact details with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect. For non-material amendments (such as clarifications, formatting corrections, or updates to definitions), changes will take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the Platform and Services after an amendment has been published and, where applicable, the notice period has expired, constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact dc89 support to close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the dc89 platform operator's jurisdiction of incorporation.
